అయితే గూగుల్ మ్యాప్ వాడే వారు జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలి. ఒక విషయం గుర్తించుకోవాలి. డ్రైవింగ్ సమయం లో గూగుల్ మ్యాప్ వాడటానికి మీరు మీ చేతిలో సెల్ పట్టుకొని వెళ్తే మీరు భారీ జరిమానా కు గురికావచ్చు. దీనికి కారణం డ్రైవింగ్ లో సెల్ ఫోన్ వాడకం నిషిద్ధం. దీనికి పరిష్కారంగా కారు లేదా బైక్ డ్రైవ్ చేసే వారు వారి వెహికల్‌కు మొబైల్ హోల్డర్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకుంటే మంచిది. గూగుల్ మ్యాప్ ఓపెన్ చేసి మొబైల్ హోల్డర్‌కు స్మార్ట్‌ఫోన్ పెట్టి దారి చూసుకుంటూ వెళ్లొచ్చు.
రూల్స్
- As per Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, use of handheld communication devices while driving (mobile phone) is considered as a dangerous driving.
- Rule 21(6) of the central motor vehicles rules 1989 states that if the 'driver, while driving a transport vehicle, engages himself in activity which is likely to disturb his concentration he would be guilty of the commission of an act that 'shall constitute nuisance or danger to the public'.
- Rule 21(25) of the central motor vehicles rules 1989 states that the act of 'using mobile phone while driving a vehicle' shall constitute nuisance or danger to the public..
అదే మీరు మొబైల్ హోల్డర్ లేకుండా చేతితో స్మార్ట్‌ఫోన్ పట్టుకొని గూగుల్ మ్యా్ప్‌లో నావిగేషన్ చూస్తే వెహికల్ నడిపితే మాత్రం భారీ జరిమానా పడుతుంది. ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీసులు మీకు చలానా విధించే ఛాన్స్ ఉంటుంది. అందువల్ల జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలి.
స్మార్ట్‌ఫోన్‌ను మొబైల్ హోల్డర్‌కు పెట్టకుండా చేతితో పట్టుకొని గూగుల్ మ్యాప్ చూస్తూ వెహికల్ నడిపితే అది ట్రాఫిల్ రూల్స్‌ను అతిక్రమించడం కిందకు వస్తుంది. దీంతో మీరు చలానా చెల్లించుకోవాల్సి రావొచ్చు. రూ.5 వేల వరకు జరిమానా పడొచ్చు. అందుకే కచ్చితంగా మొబైల్ హోల్డర్ పెట్టుకొని గూగుల్ మ్యాప్ ఉపయోగించండి.
