Age Relaxations:
- Reservation for SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / PwBD (degree of disability 40% or above)/ Economically Weaker Section (EWS) will be as per the Govt. Norms & Directives.
- No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman category candidates.
- SC/ ST and PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates with 50% marks in qualifying examination are eligible to apply.
- The OBC category candidates who belong to “CREAMY LAYER” are not entitled for OBC concession and such candidates have to indicate their category as “General”.
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC (Non- creamy layer), 10 years for PwBD – General/EWS, 13 years for PwBD – OBC and 15 years for PwBD - SC/ST candidates.

NHPC Recruitment 2022 SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates shall be shortlisted out of the candidates registered with NHPC against Advertisement No. NH/Rectt./04/2021 as per merit based on the GATE - 2021 score, CA/CMA score and CS score for Trainee Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Trainee Officer (Finance) and Trainee Officer (Company Secretary) respectively.HOW TO APPLY NHPC Recruitment 2022
Only candidates who have valid GATE-2021 score with GATE Registration Number, candidates who have valid CA/CMA score with CA/CMA certificate and candidates who have valid CS score with CS membership certificate can register online in NHPC’s website www.nhpcindia.com against advertisement number NH/Rectt/04/2021.Fee for NHPC Recruitment 2022 Process
- Candidates belonging to General, EWS & OBC (NCL) category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of 295/- (including GST @ 18%) through online mode. The SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman category candidates need not pay the registration fee. Fee once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility & correctness of information on Application Form before paying the registration fee.
- No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman category candidates.
