Post Remuneration per Month + HRA per month
Mine Foreman ` 39,000/-+ ` 1750/-
Mining Mates ` 37,000/- `+ 1680/-
Besides the monthly remuneration,
- Mines Production Incentive shall be paid as admissible to S-1 grade employees of respective Mines.
- Remuneration shall be hiked annually by 5%.
- Traveling Allowance and Daily Allowance, in case of official tour, as per the provisions of Traveling Allowance Rules of RINL and as applicable to the equivalent Grad of regular employees of RINL.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Selection will be through Online Test to be held at Visakhapatnam. However RINL reserves the right to change the Selection procedure depending on the need. Candidates shall be appointed subject to their Medical Fitness.
