డిగ్రీ స్థాయిలో ఏడాదికి రూ.1,20,000
పీజీ స్థాయిలో ఏడాదికి రూ.1,86,000
డీఆర్‌డీఓ (డిఫెన్స్‌ ఆర్‌ అండ్‌ డిఆర్గనైజేషన్‌) స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌: ఆర్థిక సమస్యల కారణంగా ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ చదవలేని విద్యార్థినులకు DRDO చేయూతను అందిస్తోంది. దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియ ఇప్పటికే ప్రారంభమైంది.
ఎవరు అర్హులు
ఏరోస్పేస్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌/ ఏరోనాటికల్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌/ స్పేస్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ అండ్‌ రాకెటరీ/ ఏవియానిక్స్‌/ ఏర్‌క్రాఫ్ట్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ చదువుతోన్న డిగ్రీ, పోస్ట్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ విద్యార్థినులు స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ పొందడానికి అర్హులు. డ్యూయల్‌ డిగ్రీ, ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్‌ మాస్టర్స్‌ డిగ్రీ చదువుతున్నవారు కూడా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
విద్యార్థినులకు స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లు
డిగ్రీ: డిగ్రీ స్థాయిలో 20 స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లు ఉన్నాయి. భారతీయ విద్యార్థినులు మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి అర్హులు. ప్రస్తుత విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో బీఈ/బీటెక్‌/బీఎస్సీ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ మొదటి సంవత్సరం చదువుతున్నవారు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. జేఈఈ (మెయిన్‌)లో మేలైన స్కోర్‌ సాధించి ఉండాలి. ఏడాదికి రూ.1,20,000 చొప్పున నాలుగేళ్లకు స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ ఇస్తారు. లేదా వార్షికఫీజు.. ఏది తక్కువగా ఉంటే అది చెల్లిస్తారు.
పీజీ: పీజీ స్థాయిలో 10 స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లు ఉన్నాయి. భారతీయ విద్యార్థినులు మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తుకు అర్హులు. ప్రస్తుత విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో ఎంఈ/ఎంటెక్‌/ఎంఎస్సీ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ చదువుతున్నవారై ఉండాలి. బీఈ/బీటెక్‌/బి.ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ డిగ్రీలో 60 శాతం మార్కులు పొంది ఉండాలి. గేట్‌లో మేలైన స్కోర్‌ సాధించాలి. ఏడాదికి రూ.1,86,000 స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ను రెండేళ్ల కాలానికి చెల్లిస్తారు. లేదా నెలకు రూ.15,500 చొప్పున చెల్లిస్తారు.
దరఖాస్తు విధానం: ఆన్‌లైన్‌ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేయాలి. దరఖాస్తుతోపాటు ఇటీవలి పాస్‌పోర్ట్‌ సైజ్‌ కలర్‌ఫొటో, ఆధార్‌, ప్రూఫ్‌ ఆఫ్‌ అడ్మిషన్‌, ఫీజు వివరాలు... మొదలైనవి అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేయాలి. పూర్తి వివరాలతో నింపకపోయినా, సంబంధిత పత్రాలను జతపరచకపోయినా దరఖాస్తును తిరస్కరించే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఈ విషయంలో ఎలాంటి కరస్పాండెన్స్‌కూ అవకాశం ఉండదు. స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ల మంజూరుకు సంబంధించి ఏ దశలోనూ ఎలాంటి ఫీజూ చెల్లించనవసరం లేదు. ప్రతిభ ఆధారంగానే అర్హులైన విద్యార్థినులను ఎంపికచేస్తారు.

Amount of DRDO Scholarship: Rs.120000 / year or annual fees whichever is less for a maximum period of four years
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Candidate must be an Indian National.
- Candidate should have got admission in the 1 st year of current academic year (2021-22) to the relevant B.E./ B. Tech./B.Sc Engg. course.
- Candidate should have cleared JEE (Main).
- Candidate should have a valid JEE(Main) score.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
- Candidate must be an Indian National.
- Candidate should have secured admission in the 1st year of the current academic year (2021-22) to the relevant ME/M.TECH / M.Sc Engg course.
- Candidate must have scored minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam (graduation level: BE/B Tech/B Engg. or equivalent) for getting admission to the subject course as per the guidelines set by AICTE/MHRD. In cases where the conversion formula is not obtainable, CGPA/CPI of 6.75 (for a 10 point scale) will be taken as equivalent to 60%, as per AICTE guidelines.
- Candidate should have a valid GATE
- (General Aptitude Test in Engineering) score
The scheme is free from any bond obligation. However, the scholars of the scheme will have to do their major final year project work preferably at DRDO/ Govt. Labs or in AR&DB funded projects in any institutions during their course work
Selection Process DRDO Scholarship Scheme for Girls
a) First year Under graduate (B.E./B.Tech./BSc. Engg.) scholarship (for 4-yr full time course) will be based on the merit of JEE (Main). Candidates without valid JEE (Main) score will not be considered.
b) First year Post graduate (M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. Engg.) scholarship (for 2 yr full time course) will be based on the valid GATE score on merit basis. The candidates without valid GATE score will not be considered.
Conditions of DRDO Scholarship Scheme for Girls:
- a. Once scholarship is discontinued to a candidate it will not be granted further, inspite of qualifying the eligibility in the later years.
- b. Students availing this scholarship will be entitled to avail only one scholarship at a time and an undertaking has to be furnished by the students and it should be countersigned by the institute that she is not availing any other scholarship from any other institute / department / agency
