TechBee - HCL's Early Career Program is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for fulltime jobs after completing Class XII. Candidates undergo 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs. On successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL. While working, candidates pursue their higher education with BITS Pilani, SASTRA University or Amity University. TechBee enables students to earn right after school and makes them financially independent. TechBee candidates earn a stipend of INR 10,000 during internship and start earning a salary of INR 1.70– 2.20 lacs per annum on starting their full-time job with HCL.

Eligibility for HCL TechBee
Exclusive program for students who have completed class XII in 2021 or will complete in 2022.
Students must meet the percentage criteria (refer the table mentioned below).
- For students who have completed Class XII in 2021 and 2022, eligibility criteria is 60% across all boards
- In case of 2 mark sheets (original and Improvement) being produced by the candidate for the same class i.e. Class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations
- Financial assistance is arranged in a way that there is no financial burden on parents or students

- టెక్‌బీ శిక్షణ కోసం ఏపీ నుంచి ఈ ఏడాది 1,500 మంది ఇంటర్‌ విద్యార్థులను ఎంపిక చేయనున్నట్లు హెచ్‌సీఎల్‌ టెక్నాలజీస్‌ ప్రకటించింది.

- 2021లో మ్యాథమెటిక్స్‌ లేదా బిజినెస్‌ మ్యాథమెటిక్స్‌తో 12వ తరగతి(ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌) పూర్తి చేసినవారు.. అలాగే 2022లో 12వ తరగతికి హాజరవుతున్న విద్యార్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చని సూచించారు. వాక్‌ ఇన్‌ డ్రైవ్‌లో ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థులకు 12 నెలల పాటు శిక్షణ అందించడంతో పాటు ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్‌ చేసే అవకాశం కూడా కల్పిస్తామని చెప్పారు.
- టెక్‌బీ శిక్షణ పూర్తి చేసిన వారికి ఏడాదికి రూ.1.70 లక్షల నుంచి రూ.2.20 లక్షల వేతనంతో ఉద్యోగం లభిస్తుందన్నారు. హెచ్‌సీఎల్‌ టెక్నాలజీస్‌ వద్ద పనిచేస్తూనే బిట్స్‌ పిలానీ, శాస్త్ర, అమిటీ వంటి ప్రతిష్టాత్మక యూనివర్సిటీల్లో అండర్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ డిగ్రీని కూడా పూర్తి చేసే అవకాశం కల్పిస్తామని చెప్పారు.
- అర్హత కలిగిన వారు ఆన్‌లైన్‌ కెరీర్‌ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్‌ టెస్ట్‌(హెచ్‌సీఎల్‌ క్యాట్‌)కు హాజరవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుందని, ఇందులో ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన వారిని ఇంటర్వ్యూకు పిలుస్తామని తెలిపారు.
ఈ శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమానికి రూ.లక్ష ఫీజు ఉంటుందని, దీనికి పన్నులు అదనమని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఫీజును నెలవారీ వాయిదాల్లో తీర్చే విధంగా రుణ సౌకర్యం కూడా కల్పిస్తామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
