HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship 2022-23 aims to support meritorious and needy students belonging to underprivileged sections of the society. The scholarship programme is meant for school students from Class 1 to those pursuing UG and PG programmes. Under the ECS scholarship, the students who are unable to bear the cost of education due to personal/family crisis or any other financial problems and are at a risk of dropping out are provided with monetary assistance of up to INR 75,000 for their studies.
The HDFC Bank Parivarthan Scholarship can Categorized into Three Categories:
- HDFC Bank Parivartan's ECS Scholarship in School Programme for 1-12th Class Students (Merit-cum-Need Based) 2022-23
- HDFC Bank Parivartan's ECS Scholarship for Diploma / Under Graduation Programme (Merit-cum-Need Based) 2022-23

HDFC Bank, India’s top banking and financial service provider, has introduced this scholarship as part of its flagship programme – Educational Crisis Scholarship (ECS). The bank has been undertaking various projects in the field of education and livelihood training as part of its social initiative - Parivartan. HDFC Bank ECS Scholarship for 1-12th Class School Students 2022-23
This category is generally named as HDFC Bank Parivartan's ECS Scholarship in School Programme (Merit-cum-Need Based) 2022-23. All the School Studying students from Class 1 to Class 12 can apply for this category.

Eligibility for HDFC ECS 1-12th Class Students Category Scholarship
- Open for Indian nationals only.
- The students must be currently studying in Classes 1 to 12 in a private, government, or government-aided school.
- The applicants must have passed the previous qualifying examination with at least 55% marks.
- Annual family income must be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh.
- Preference will be given to those applicants who are facing a personal or family crisis that has occurred during the past three years, due to which they are unable to continue bearing the cost of education and are at risk of dropping out.
Benefits / Scholarship Amount to be Awarded HDFC ECS 1st - 12th Class Scholarship
For the Students studying from Class 1 to Class 6 will be given an amount of Rs 15,000 as Scholarship Amount
For Students Studying from Class 7 to Class 12th will be awarded with an amount of Rs 18,000
- For Class 1 to 6 - INR 15,000 | For Class 7 to 12 - INR 18,000

This category of scholarship is called as "HDFC Bank Parivartan's ECS Scholarship for Undergraduation Programme (Merit-cum-Need Based) 2022-23". All the students who are pursuing their under graduation or degree courses are eligible to apply for this category of scholarship.

Eligibility for HDFC ECS Degree Scholarship
- Open for Indian nationals only.
- The students must be pursuing graduation courses (general courses- BCom, BSc, BA, BCA, etc. and professional- BTech, MBBS, LLB, B Arch, Nursing) in recognized colleges or universities in India.
- The students pursuing Diploma courses after Class 10 or 12 can also apply.
- The applicants must have passed the previous qualifying examination with at least 55% marks.
- Annual family income must be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh.
- Preference will be given to those applicants who are facing a personal or family crisis that has occurred during the past three years, due to which they are unable to continue bearing the cost of education and are at risk of dropping out.
Benefits / Scholarship Amount for HDFC ECS Diploma/Degree Scholarship
In this category of scholarship, the Diploma Courses pursuing students will get a scholarship of Rs 20,000 and Degree / Under Graduation Courses (BCom, BSc, BA, BCA) students will receive an amount of Rs 30,000. The professional Under Graduation courses (BTech, MBBS, LLB, B Arch, Nursing) pursuing will be eligible for an award of Rs 50000 Scholarship.- For diploma courses - INR 20,000 |

Eligibility for HDFC Bank PG Scholarships
- Open for Indian nationals only.
- The students must be pursuing postgraduation courses (general courses - MCom, MA, etc. and professional - MTech, MBA, etc.) in recognized colleges or universities in India.

- Annual family income must be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh.

This Post Graduation / PG Scholarship is divided into two categories. General Post Graduate courses pursuing students are eligible for award of an amount of Rs 35000 and Professional PG Course pursuing students are eligible for award of an amount of Rs 75,000
