Notification Nos.5 to 13/2022-Estt dated 21.10.2022
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh issued Notification Nos.5 to 13 /2022 on 21.10.2022 inviting applications from the candidates and conducted computer based objective type examination on 20-01-2023 for filling-up 9 posts of Section Officers; 13 posts of Assistant Section Officers; 11 posts of Computer Operators; One post of Overseer; 14 posts of Assistants and 13 posts of Examiners; 16 posts of Typists and 20 posts of Copyists; One post of Assistant Overseer; 8 posts of Drivers and 135 posts of Office Subordinates.
The provisionally qualified candidates in respect of Typist & Copyist shall appear before the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 06.03.2023 for verification of all the original certificates of Educational Qualifications, Caste and concessions claimed by them under Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-Servicemen, Physical Disabilities and Sports etc., and those candidates who produced all the valid original certificates, be allowed for skill test in Typing. The result of the combined merit will be declared on or before 14.03.2023.
The provisionally qualified candidates in respect of Driver shall appear before the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 03.03.2023 for verification of all the original certificates of Educational Qualifications, Caste and concessions claimed by them under Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-Servicemen, Physical Disabilities and Sports etc. Those candidates who produced all the valid original certificates will be allowed to appear before the Regional Transport Officer, Guntur for skill test in Driving on 06.03.2023. The result will be declared on or before 14.03.2023.
If any provisionally selected candidate is not joined in the selected post within the stipulated time, the next meritorious candidate will be considered for provisional selection in the respective category of post.

ఏపి రాష్ట్రంలోని జిల్లా కోర్టుల్లో 3,546 ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి హైకోర్టు చర్యలు చేపట్టిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. న్యాయస్థానాల్లో కార్యాలయ సిబ్బంది నియామకాలకు సంబంధించి రాత పరీక్ష ఫలితాలు మార్చి 20న వెల్లడయ్యాయి. నియామకాల్లో భాగంగా డిసెంబర్ 22 నుంచి జనవరి 2 వరకు కంప్యూటర్ ఆధారిత పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించింది. జనవరి 4న కీని విడుదల చేసింది. ఇప్పటికే హైకోర్టు నియామకాలకు సంబంధించి 241 పోస్టుల రాత పరీక్ష ఫలితాలు వెల్లడైన విషయం. తెలిసిందే. ప్రాథమికంగా ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్ధులు వివరాలు అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్లో ఉంచారు. ఈ ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటన ద్వారా ఆఫీస్ సబార్డినేట్, జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్, ప్రాసెస్ సర్వర్, ఫీల్డ్ అసిస్టెంట్, అసిస్టెంట్ అండ్ ఎగ్జామినర్, స్టెనోగ్రాఫర్ తదితర ఖాళీలు భర్తీ కానున్నాయి. ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులు ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు హాజరుకావాల్సి ఉంటుంది. స్టెనో, టైపిస్టు, కాపీయిస్టు పోస్టులకు ఎంపికైన వారికి స్కిల్ టెస్టు, డ్రైవర్ పోస్టులకు ఎంపికైన వారికి డ్రైవింగ్ టెస్టును అదనంగా నిర్వహిస్తారు.

- The High Court of Andhra Pradesh issued notifications vide Notification 1/2022 to 10/2022, dated 21.10.2022 and invited online applications to fill up vacant posts of Non Technical posts viz., Junior Assistant, Field Assistant, Examiner, Record Assistant, Process Server and Office Subordinate (Attender), and Technical Posts viz., Stenographer Grade-III, Typist, Copyist and Driver (Light Vehicle) in the Judicial districts of Andhra Pradesh. Online examinations were conducted from 21.12.2022 to 02.01.2023. The response sheet and key were published on 04.01.2023.
- After considering various parameters as mentioned in the notification, the following candidates of non-technical posts viz., Junior Assistant, Field Assistant, Examiner, Record Assistant, Process Server and Office Subordinate (Attender) vide Annexure-I to Annexure- VI are found to have become eligible for provisional selection.
- So far as technical posts viz., Stenographer Grade-III, Typist, Copyist and Driver (Light Vehicle) are concerned the candidates are being called at 1:3 ratio for skill test. Annexure VII to X contain the name of the eligible candidates for skill test. (The dates of the Skill Test would be announced later).
- The results of the provisionally selected candidates are being declared subject to verification of documents and antecedents. If the antecedents of the candidates are found to be adverse, such candidates will be removed or dismissed from service without serving any notice.
- The List of the Meritorious Sports Person Category candidates, who secured eligible marks for consideration under that Category, will be sent, along with the documents/certificates, to the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP). After obtaining the eligible Meritorious Sports Persons candidates list from the SAAP, the posts under this category would be filled up. If the candidate is already selected in Open Category, such candidate will be considered as an OC candidate irrespective of his/her sports background, however, such selection is subject to age and other parameters.
- It is found that many candidates have opted for several Posts in Several Districts and some of them in fact got selected for several posts in several Such candidates have to choose their post and Dist. After joining that post the candidates will be permitted to change from that post to any other post only once in the event of being selected to another post.
- 20% of the Posts are reserved for Non-Locals of the Dist. If the candidates under the non-local category exceed 20% quota, the least marks secured non-local candidate is replaced with the next meritorious local candidate.
- The candidates who are provisionally selected under the `ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION CATEGORY' have to produce the latest EWS certificate as per the notification issued by the officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the Mandal concerned.
- The B.0 candidates who are selected under the O.0 category shall produce their CASTE CERTIFICATE issued by the officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the Mandal concerned at the time of verification of the documents.
- The B.0 candidates who are selected under the B.0 category shall produce NON-CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE SO ALSO THEIR CASTE CERTIFICATE issued by the officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the Mandal concerned at the time of verification of the documents.
- It has been mentioned in the Notification itself that care must be taken at the time of uploading document that once your application is submitted, under no circumstances the candidate will be permitted to edit the application. The candidates will not be permitted to produce documents which are contrary to the documents submitted earlier. The candidates under no circumstance will be permitted to switch over from one community category to another saying that they have recently secured EWS certificate, Creamy Layer certificate or Sports Certificate.
- The qualification for the post of OFFICE SUB-ORDINATE is 7th Pass and Intermediate fail. The candidates who are selected for the post of OFFICE SUBORDINATE (Attender) shall produce Original TC (7th pass, 10th pass or fail or Intermediate or equivalent exam fail TC) at the time of verification. If the selected candidate for the post of OFFICE SUB-ORDINATE, are later found to have possessed more qualification than what is asked for in the notification, during police verification or otherwise, such candidates will be summarily removed from the post besides launching criminal prosecution and next meritorious candidate will be considered.
- Since several candidates opted for various posts in several dist and they have to choose a post in a Dist, the other posts in other dist would remain Hence a Second Eligible List would be published in due course after obtaining the data from the Dist courts. In the event of necessity, the Third eligible list would also be published.
- The unsuccessful candidates can view and download the marks of both pre and post normalization of the question papers. A separate link will be provided to the candidates in this regard.
- Verification of documents is only for non-technical posts and it would be commenced from dt 10.04.2023 to dt. 24.4.2023
