Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023: Educational Qualification:

1. Bridge & Road:

  • Candidates should have passed 10th and Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2. Clerk:

  • Candidates must have passed 12th with an English Typing speed of 35 WPM & Hindi Typing speed of 30 WPM.

3. Religious Teacher

  • Candidates must have completed Graduate Degree with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhusan in Hindi.

4. Operator Radio and Line

  • Candidates should have passed 10th and ITI in a relevant trade or 12th Pass with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics.

5. Radio Mechanic

  • Candidates should have passed 10th and Diploma in relevant Field or 12th Pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics 50%.

6. Veterinary Field Assistant

  • Candidates should have passed 12th and Diploma in Veterinary Science.

7. Lab Assistant / Nursing Assistant

  • Candidates should have passed 10th with English, Math, Science and Biology to be eligible for the posts.

8. Personal Assistant:

  • Candidates should have passed 12th Standard.
Dictation: 10 Minutes for 80 WPM. and Transcription Time: 50 Minutes in English or 65 Minutes in Hindi on Computer.

9. Pharmacist:

12th Pass with Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.

10. Washerman / Female Safai / Barber / Cook / Male Safai:

Candidates should have passed 10th standard from a recognised Board.

11. X-Ray Assistant:

12th pass with diploma in Radiology.

12. Plumber / Surveyor / Electrician:

Candidates should have passed 10th standard and ITI in relevant trade.

PST For Naib Subedar (Religious Teacher), Warrant Officer (Veterinary Field Assistant), Warrant Officer (Radio Mechanic), Havildar (Operator Radio and Line, X-Ray Asst, Surveyor), Rifleman (Electrical Fitter Signal, Lineman Field, Electrician Mechanic Vehicle, Electrician, Plumber, Nursing Asst, Lab Asst, Barber, Cook, Safai & Washerman) Only

Chest for Male 

  • Only For all Candidates Except those Mentioned Below: Male – 170 cms, Normal – 80 cms, Expanded – 85 cms

  • For Female Candidates: 1.6 km run to Qualify with in 8.30 Minutes

  • For Male Candidates: 1.6 Km run to Qualify with in 6.30 Minutes
  • For Female Candidates: 800 Meter run to Qualify with in 4.00 Minutes
