YOU'RE GOOD AT

Working in a highly accurate manner in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Under the supervision of the Practice Area Lead / wider Workflow Coordination team, you are a capable problem solver who comfortably multi-tasks while conducting coordination for the research workflow
  • You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system

Working collaboratively in an international, service-orientated environment
  • With directions from DRS management, you will match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills and language capabilities
  • Whilst building a solid understanding of the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding of BCG’s internal capabilities, you will cooperate with other DRS offices and team members to optimize capacity development
  • You will have strong communication skills and feel confident managing customer/stakeholder expectations

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience and general interest in business research
  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment is very desirable
  • Experience in the secondary research is desirable
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed communication skills in English

DRS works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.
