Objective of PM Yashasvi Scheme 2023
The main objective of the PM Yashasvi Scheme launched by the Central Government is to encourage the meritorious students of poor and deprived sections to continue their studies. The smooth operation of this scholarship scheme is done by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. Benefits of the PM Yashasvi Scheme
The PM Yashasvi Scheme 2023 has been started by the Government of India, which is a scholarship scheme.
- Under this scholarship scheme, financial assistance is provided to the meritorious students of Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), Non-Notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNT/NT/SNT) category of the country.
- Through this scheme only the students of class 9th and class 11th are benefitted by providing financial assistance in the form of scholarships at two different levels.
- Under this scheme of the central government, financial assistance of Rs 75,000 per year is made available to the eligible students of class IX in the form of scholarship.
- Along with this, an amount of Rs 125,000 per year is provided to the students of class 11th as financial assistance.
- To get the benefits of this scheme, the candidate students have to pass the computer based entrance test.
- The PM Yashasvi Scheme is completely transparent and for this applications have been invited by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from the students.

Eligibility Criteria of PM Yashasvi Scheme
To get the benefits under any government scheme, candidates are required to fulfill certain eligibility criteria related to that scheme. Similarly, such interested students of the country who want to get the benefits under the PM Yashasvi Scheme 2023 launched by the Central Government, it will be mandatory for them to fulfill the following eligibility criteria set by the government:- Applicant students must be a permanent resident of India to get benefits under the PM Yashasvi Scheme.
- Candidate students should belong to any one of OBC, EBC, DNT SAR, NT or SNT community.
- Along with this, only students studying in class 9 or class 11 will be considered eligible to get this scholarship.
- Such students who are applying for class IX should be born between 1st April 2004 to 31st March 2008.
- Students applying for class XI under this central government scheme should be born between 1st April 2004 to 31st March 2008.
- Apart from this, the family annual income of the applicant students should be maximum 2.5 lakh rupees to get this scholarship.
- Students of all genders will be considered eligible to get the benefits under PM Yashasvi Scheme 2023.

- అదే వెబ్సైట్లో అప్లికేషన్ నంబర్, పాస్వర్డ్ తో లాగిన్ కావాలి. చదువు, గుర్తింపు కార్డు తదితర వివ రాల డాక్యుమెంట్ల సాఫ్ట్ కాపీలను ఆప్ లోడ్ చేసి సైన్ అప్ కావాలి. అంత టితో దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియ పూర్తవుతుంది. • పరీక్ష. ప్రవేశ కార్డు జారీ చేసే తేదీ తదితర వివరాలను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిశీలించుకోవచ్చు.
పరీక్షల తీరు ఇలా..
- మూడు కొనసాగే పరీక్షలను హిందీ, ఇంగ్లిష్ భాషల్లో నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఎలాంటి పరీక్ష రుసుం ఉండదు.
- పరీక్ష పత్రంలో వంద బహుళ ఐచ్ఛిక ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. గణితంలో 120 మార్కుల కోసం 30 ప్రశ్నలు, సైన్సులో 80 మార్కుల కోసం 20 ప్రశ్నలు, సోషల్లో 100 మార్కుల కోసం 25 ప్రశ్నలు, జనరల్ అవేర్ నెస్ లో 100 మార్కుల కోసం మరో 25 ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి.
- దేశవ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 78 నగరాల్లో ఈ పరీక్షలు జరుగుతాయి.
- గతేడాది సెప్టెంబరు 11న ఈ పరీక్షలు జరిగాయి. ఏప్రిల్ 15 నుంచి ఈ ఏడాది నమోదు ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభమైంది. ఆగస్టు 26తో పూర్తి కానున్నది.
