You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans. In Risk Management you will be responsible for anticipating, plan for, and react to risks and issues to the project, including categorizing their severity, taking into account the likelihood of occurrence, mitigation & contingency planning. You will be expected to follow an agile approach that builds risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events and helps in continuous project delivery.What are we looking for?

Roles and Responsibilities
• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines• Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
• In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
• The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
• Your role requires following responsibilities - ? Review the transaction, associated accounts and highlight if unusual activity is indicated as per defined processes ? Perform research, verification and analysis of the data and arrive at conclusion. ? Narrate investigation outcome in a specific format for further escalation as appropriate ? Build on Process & Industry knowledge based on Fraud and Anti Money Laundering trends ? Achieve the levels of productivity and quality as per the standards, agreed for the process. ? All data requirements (timesheets and process information) is accurately updated in a timely manner. Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules ? Expected to learn and demonstrate strong understanding of Compliance risks and controls ? Support Lead in creating process documentations, MIS and reporting as per business requirements ? Adherence to Data Security guidelines ? Demonstrate flexibility as per business requirements ? Drive key process changes with Leads/SMEs ? Contribute with Process improvement ideas. ? Specialization in Financial Fraud / Risk Management / Compliance Operations would be an added advantage ? English Communication – Strong Articulation & Written ? Logical & Analytical thought flow ?
