IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The selection process for the IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 includes 3 stages of selection. The IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process is discussed below. Tier 1 is an objective type test where multiple choice-based questions will asked and in the descriptive test, candidates are required to write an Essay and Precise and solve comprehension/passage. The combined marks of Tier 1 and Tier 2 will decide the status of the candidate for the interview round.
Tier-1: Written Exam (Objective Type) (100 Marks)
Tier-2: Descriptive Type (Essay and Precis Writing, English Comprehension)
Tier-3: Interview: Personality Test and Viva-voce.
IB ACIO Exam Pattern 2023
The Tier-wise exam pattern is given below. Candidates must go through the exam pattern to understand the demands of the examination. Tier 1 is 100 marks and Tier 2 is 50 Marks. There is a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.PHASE - I
- The IB ACIO Phase I Exam is a Written Exam of 100 Marks.
- The Exam is Objective in nature and consists of MCQs.
- There are five main sections in this paper- Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Aptitude, and English Language.
- The time duration for this exam is 60 minutes.
PHASE - II
- The phase 2 exam is descriptive in nature.
- The paper is divided into two sections- Essay Writing and Comprehension.
- The total mark for this paper is 50 marks.
- The exam duration is 60 minutes.
