NLC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The NLC Recruitment Selection Process included the Gate Score plus a personal Interview. The number of candidates is evaluated in 80 and 20 scores. The Gate Marks have a weightage of 80 marks and interviews have 20 marks weightage. The final merit will be made by adding marks gained by candidates in the GATE 2023 Score and the Interview. The interview panel comprises experts and professionals from NLC India Limited. During the interview, candidates are evaluated based on their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and overall suitability for the desired position. The selected candidates for the position of Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) position will be provided the monthly salary as per the training scheme for a period of one year.
