Project Officer (Business Development):
- First Class (60%) in MBA (Marketing / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management) (2-years) or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing / Sales &Marketing awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government
Project Officer (Human Resource):

- One Year completed Apprenticeship Training will be considered as Experience.
- Experience in relevant Defence Labs / Industries (associated with relevant weapon system development) will be preferred.

Duration:
Fixed Term Basis initially for ONE year, up to a maximum period of FOUR years (including initial period) on extendable basis only, based on the Organisational requirement and individual performance.

Age relaxation:
- BDL Jobs:The maximum age limit is relaxed by 05 years for SC & ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL, 05 years for PwBD (UR), 10 years for PwBD (SC/ST) & 08 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL) candidates
- Maximum age relaxation by 05 years is applicable for Ex-Servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs/ SSCOs) subject to rendering a minimum 05 years’ service in Armed Forces and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by Govt. of India.

Selection Process of BDL Vacancy:
- The selection process will be based on the the Walk-in-Interview
- At the Interview Venue, applications and supporting documents will be scrutinized to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates.
- Candidates who fulfil all the requisite parameters and Qualification Requirements (QRs) will ONLY be permitted to appear for Interview.
- Selection will be based in the order of merit. When two or more candidates secure equal marks, they will be empanelled in the chronological order of their Date of Birth, the eldest being placed first among them. In case, Date of Birth is also same, then the marks scored in Interview will be the basis for the merit list
Selection Criteria:
- Aggregate Marks / Percentage secured in the Essential Qualification in the relevant discipline. For each percentage of Qualification will allocate 01 mark. However, the Maximum mark will be allotted is 75 Marks only.
- Relevant Post Qualification experience – Allocation of Marks 01 year – 03 Marks, 02 Years – 06 Marks, >=03 Years – 10 Marks
- Interview Marks – 15 Marks
