Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Interact with end-users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the Cause of the issue
- Track each issue to closure and monitor/collate the type of issues occurring frequently
- Work with the relevant team to resolve or automate frequent concerns
Requirements:
- Experience Required- 0-1 Years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both (written and verbal communication).
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and 2 South Indian languages.
- Decent SQL skills.
