About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our company's assets and ensuring a safe and ethical work environment. You will be responsible for investigating potential misconduct, fraud, and theft, working closely with various teams across the organization.Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspicious activity, including employee misconduct, payment fraud, and retail theft.
- Analyze data and transactions to identify red flags and high-risk situations.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with store staff, leadership, security teams, and law enforcement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (criminal justice, business administration, security management, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in forensic investigation, loss prevention, or asset protection a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
