Reliance Foundation Scholarships 2024-25 for Graduate & Post Graduate Students
Since 2022-2023, Reliance Foundation has been supporting 5,100 students annually, including 5,000 meritorious undergraduate students from underprivileged sections of society studying any stream of their choice through the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships, and 100 of India's brightest postgraduate students studying eligible subjects in select future ready courses from Engineering, Technology, Energy & Life Sciences through the Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships.
Both the Reliance Foundation Scholarships aim to nurture and empower meritorious students and will work together to generate robust, vibrant and engaged alumni networks, enabling scholars to pursue higher education, emerge as young professionals, and drive India’s growth.
Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships
The Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships seek to enable students to become successful professionals and realise their dreams, unlocking their potential to lift themselves and their communities up and contribute towards India’s future socio-economic development.Students with a household income of under INR 15 lakhs per year who are enrolled in the first year of their undergraduate studies pursuing any subject/stream can apply. The programme also encourages applications from girls and specially-abled students.
Selected scholars will receive a scholarship of up to INR 2 lakhs over the duration of their degree programme. In addition to the scholarship grant, the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships will provide scholars an opportunity to be part of a vibrant alumni network and an enabling support system that will create a long-term impact on their lives and career trajectories.
Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships
The Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships aim to enable and propel India’s future leaders who can think big, think green, and think digital for the benefit of society.Through this scholarship, Reliance Foundation will identify and support 100 of India's brightest postgraduate students pursuing select future-ready courses in Engineering, Technology, Energy and Life-Sciences on the basis of merit through a competitive selection process.
The Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships will support students with a generous grant and a holistic development programme, including expert interactions, industry exposure and volunteering opportunities, creating a cohort of excellent innovation for social good each year.

Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2024-25

Eligibility
Only students who are enrolled in the first-year of a full-time regular postgraduate degree programme pursuing select future-ready courses in Engineering, Technology, Energy and Life-Sciences.Must have secured 550 to 1,000 in the GATE examination
OR Must have scored 7.5 or above in their undergraduate CGPA (or % normalised to CGPA) [If students have not attempted GATE]
Open for resident Indian citizens.
Benefits
- Up to INR 6,00,000 over the duration of the degree programme
NOTE: Scholars will also benefit from additional engagement and development activities (including the chance to attend talks and workshops with leading global experts, opportunities to apply for mentoring/internships, volunteering opportunities, a strong alumni network and more), and will join a vibrant community of scholars who will be at the forefront of creating and building a new India.

Two essays:
- Personal Statement and Statement of Purpose
- 1 academic and 1 character
Experience certificate/letter/s from work experience/internships (if applicable)
Official Disability Certificate issued by relevant Government authority (if applicable)

If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you will be sent an email invitation with log-in information to apply through Reliance Foundation’s application portal.
Log in to the application portal using the username and password received in the email.
Fill out the scholarship application form and upload the necessary documents.
Submit the application.
Important Note:
All applicants are required to complete an online aptitude test as part of their application.
Once the application is submitted, the applicants will receive a confirmation email that will include the date/time of the online exam.
Applicants will receive an email with the final exam unique link and a unique link to perform a practice test one week before the final test.
Applications will be considered complete only when you have completed the aptitude test. Scores will be directly sent to Reliance Foundation once the test is submitted. Applicants will not be notified about their scores.
The Reliance Foundation does not charge any application fees to apply for this scholarship program.

Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships 2024-25

Eligibility
An applicant must:Be a resident Indian citizen.
Have passed Class 12 with minimum 60% marks and is attending a regular full-time undergraduate degree programme in India.
Have household income less than INR 15 lakhs per year (preference given to income less than INR 2.5 lakhs).
Answer the mandatory Aptitude Test
The following students are not eligible:
Students who are in the 2nd year or higher (have started their courses from academic year 2023-24 or before)
Students pursuing their degree through online, hybrid, remote, distance or any other non-regular modes
Students who have passed their diploma after Class 10.
Students pursuing a 2 year undergraduate degree.
Students who do not complete the mandatory aptitude test or are found cheating during the test.
Benefits
- Up to INR 2,00,000 over the duration of the degree programme.
NOTE: Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships will go beyond financial support by providing students with network opportunities through a strong alumni network.
