SSC JHT Recruitment Notification 2024 Released for 312 Vacancies
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the notification for the recruitment of Group 'B' Non-Gazetted posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Senior Translator on ssc.gov.in. The online application link is also activated on 02 August 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their application on or before 25 August 2024. The candidates can edit their applications on 04 and 05 September.
A total of 312 vacancies will be filled across the country. The selection of JHT Posts will be done on the basis of Tier 1 Online Written Exam, Tier 2 Subjective Written Exam, Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME).

- The candidate should be a citizen of India
- He/She possesses a master's degree in the concerned language from a recognized University.

Step 4: Enter your details
Step 5: Upload your recent photograph and signature.
Step 6: Carefully review the declaration again and click the "I agree" checkbox if you accept the terms. Fill in the captcha code.

SSC JHT Exam Pattern 2024
- The exam will have two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The candidates can check the details of both papers below:Paper 1 will have questions on General Hindi and General English.
- This paper tests the candidate's language skills and includes topics like grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, etc.
- There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I
- Paper 2 is a subjective paper that tests translation skills of 200 marks. Candidates are required to translate passages from Hindi to English and vice versa.
- This paper evaluates the candidate's ability to translate accurately and effectively.
- The duration of both the papers will be 2 hours
