- NALCO Recruitment 2022 Through GATE: Candidates will be shortlisted for the Personnel Interview on the Basis of the GATE 2022 Score Card.

NALCO Graduate Engineer Recruitment 2022 Through GATE Salary Structure
NALCO Recruitment 2022 Through GATE: Candidates will be paid a pay scale of Rs.40,000-3%-1,40,000/-during 1 year of Training with starting basic pay of Rs. 40,000/-. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as an Assistant Manager at E1 grades in the pay scale of 60,000-3%-1,80,000/-with one additional increment.
Apart from the salary, employees will also receive Dearness Allowance(DA), HRA, a prerequisite under cafeteria approach and medical facility for self & dependents, super annulation benefits i.e. Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. which will be provided as per the Government rules & norms.
